The Theatre Arts program at PCHS is a perfect fit for students who are interested in sharpening their abilites in acting, dancing, directing, tech, and many other aspects of the dramatic arts. Theatre students also gain necessary tools that prepare them for life in the real world. Some examples include: confidence in speech and presentation, accountability and owning up to one’s mistakes, teamwork, leadership oppurtunites, acceptance and empathy, creativity, and many more.
Theatre Arts can be a wonderful expirence for the hard-working student who is in searh of a place to belong, a place to get plugged in and be appreciated for the uniqueness he or she brings to the group. We are a family and we strive to encourage, support, and celebrate each other’s differences as we learn and create together.
Our Winter show this year is Into the Woods by Stephen Sondheim on March 8th at 7pm and March 9th at 2pm & 7pm. Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students PreK-12. Three and under are free.
