Pike County High School was founded in the 1950s in what is know the Pike Pre-K campus. Our current campus opened in April of 1994. The student population at the high school is approximately 1,000, including students in grades ten through twelve. Learn more here.

Pike County High School’s daily operations are managed by the Principal and Assistant Principals, while the classrooms are overseen by our teachers and paraprofessionals.

Pike County’s central offices are managed by the superintendent and a team of administrators, with strategic oversight from our county board of education

The teacher-student ratio at Pike County High School is approximately 1-13. This is higher than the county’s average ratio of 1-7.
