Are you interested in volunteering with Pike County Schools? Our volunteers play an important and valuable role within our school system. Students, teachers, staff, parents and the community benefit from the work of individuals like you who freely share their talents and resources. We also know that as a volunteer, you, too, will be rewarded.
The first step required for volunteers is to read our volunteer handbook, which is intended for interested parties of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life – in short, to anyone wishing to devote a portion of her or his time to our students and school community. Because we want you to get the most out of your volunteer experience, we want to make sure you are an informed volunteer.
Once you’ve read the handbook, you can download the volunteer application form below, fill it out, and return it to one of our Pike County School locations. After reviewing your submission, our staff will follow up with you regarding next steps. We’re looking forward to working with you!
