Welcome, Parents! This page is where you will find links to resources helpful to parents.
School Calendar – informs parents of all school days, holidays, and school breaks
GAfutures (previously GA411website) – parents and students can use this link to access information about colleges and universities, find information about the HOPE scholarship, and both federal and state scholarship information. This website also offers resources for career exploration and college planning.
Student code of conduct – this link is to the student code of conduct. 
My School Account (lunchroom) – this link allows parents to create an account for their student’s lunch payments. All lunch fees are handled through the lunchroom.
GA Dept. of Education – this link is for parents to be able to access all resources the GA DOE has to offer on their website.
Grade Access Portal (parent portal) – this link is for parents/students to be able to log into Power School to access grades. Parents may email their student’s counselor for log in information. Parents can download the Powerschool App from the App store or Google Play. The Pike County Schools’ district code is LLGL
School Menus – this link shows the lunch menu in calendar format for each school.
Scholarship information – This link will direct you to scholarship opportunities for your student. 

Parents Right to Know

Dear Parents,
In compliance with the requirements of the Every Students Succeeds Act, the Pike County School District would like to inform you that you may request information about the professional qualifications of your student’s teacher(s) and/ or paraprofessional(s). The following information may be requested:
Whether the student’s teacher—
  • has met State qualification and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher provides instruction;
  • is teaching under emergency or other provisional status through which State qualification or licensing criteria have been waived; and
  • is teaching in the field of discipline of the certification of the teacher. 
  • Whether the child is provided services by paraprofessionals and, if so, their qualifications.
If you wish to request information concerning your child’s teacher’s and/ or paraprofessional’s qualifications, please contact Dr. Jenny Allison at 770-567-8489.
Estimados padres:
Conforme a los requisitos de la Ley para que todos los alumnos tengan éxito, a la Pike County Schools le gustaría comunicarle que puede solicitar información sobre las calificaciones profesionales del (de los) maestro(s) y/o paraprofesional(es) de su hijo/a. Puede solicitarse la siguiente información:
  • Si el maestro del alumno:
  • ha cumplido con la calificación y los requisitos para la licencia del Estado para los niveles del grado y las asignaturas en las que el maestro enseña;
  • está enseñando en carácter provisional o de emergencia a través del cual no se exigen los requisitos para la licencia ni la calificación del Estado y
  • está enseñando en el campo de la disciplina de la certificación del maestro. 
  • Si son paraprofesionales los que le brindan servicios al alumno y, de ser así, sus calificaciones.
